Although no one is a GURU, I offer my advice based on over 24 years of experience working with thousands of men, women and families in individual, couple, family, marital as well as group sessions. These individuals come from many different races, religions, cultures and socio-economic backgrounds; I have worked here in the United States as well as in Europe. I currently practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Director of a substance abuse program, and am Board Certified as a Clinical Sexologist providing counseling on issues related to everyday living and functioning. I offer solid and down-to-earth personal advice based on my clinical expertise and experience.

I regret that it is simply impossible to answer all of the questions submitted to this column, however, I do read each one and then select up to five, which I consider of broad-spectrum, for publication.
